Each teammate has a plan. Admins assign Free or a paid tier without forcing the whole company onto the same level.
Monthly credits
The free plan includes 1,000 credits each month. Paid plans include more capacity for chat, research, and automation.
Overage stays opt-in
A member’s monthly overage cap defaults to $0, so usage cannot bill past the included allowance unless someone deliberately raises the cap.
