01

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Lumen Platforms Inc. (Lumen Platforms, we, us, or our) handles personal information when you visit pipeer.org, use the Pipeer service, or otherwise interact with us.

When an organization uses Pipeer, that organization controls the information it submits to the service. We process that customer data on its behalf and according to its instructions. If your information was submitted by an employer or another organization, please direct requests about that data to the organization first.

02

Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, organization, role, authentication details, and communications with us.
  • Customer data: prompts, files, records, instructions, outputs, and other content submitted to Pipeer by you or through connected services.
  • Integration data: information you authorize Pipeer to access from third-party tools and services.
  • Usage and device information: browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, feature usage, and diagnostic events.
  • Commercial information: subscription, transaction, and billing-related information. Payment details may be handled directly by our payment providers.

03

How we use information

We use personal information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Pipeer; create and administer accounts; process transactions; provide support; communicate about the service; detect abuse or technical issues; and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, your consent, or compliance with law. We do not use customer data to train shared artificial-intelligence models unless we have the customer's express permission.

04

Analytics and cookies

We use essential browser storage to remember choices such as your analytics preference. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent. It helps us understand which pages and links are useful, and we configure it to anonymize IP addresses where supported.

You can reject analytics when prompted or reopen the choice at any time with the “Manage analytics” control in the footer.

05

Scheduling provider

Our booking pages embed a scheduling widget from Calendly so you can choose a meeting time directly on pipeer.org. When you interact with that widget, Calendly may receive information you submit (such as name, email, and meeting details) along with technical data needed to display and operate the calendar. That processing is governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.

UTM campaign parameters already present on the Pipeer page may be forwarded to the scheduling link so we can understand which campaigns led to booked conversations.

06

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, operate, and schedule meetings for Pipeer (including Calendly for booking pages); with integrations you choose to enable; with professional advisers; or when required to comply with law and protect rights, safety, and the service.

We may also transfer information as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

07

Retention and international transfers

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including to provide the service, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the customer's settings and agreement.

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

08

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

09

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection authority.

To make a request, email contact@pipeer.org. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing it. If Pipeer processes your information for a customer, we may direct your request to that customer.

10

Children and policy changes

Pipeer is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
